Our products are guaranteed to give you 100% satisfaction in every way as we stand behind the products that we distribute.  If at any time your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a replacement  or refund.  Feel free to contact us for return authorization.  Original packaging is required on all returns and all credits must be issued within 90 days.
 
In addition to 100% product satisfaction, School Nurse Supply® guarantees your satisfaction with our service and support.  If you are not 100% satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation, provide a refund or offer credit for future ordering.
 
For damaged goods upon arrival - please inspect all packages before accepting shipment.  If you do accept a shipment that has been damaged, please find the Packing List and contact our customer service department immediately at 800-485-2737.  If a shipment is visibly damaged, mark delivery "received damaged" and refuse shipment.

Prices reflected in our catalog and website are guaranteed through February 15th of the following calendar year.  In addition, we do offer a price match guarantee.  Please send an email to customerservice@schoolnursesupplyinc.com and tell us where you find a lower price on the same item and we will be more than happy to match any advertised price (minus discounts, coupons, instant savings and mail-in rebates).
