Head & Neck Immobilizer

This item is designed and recommended for immobilization only. Item included are: two head support pillows with ear openings, two removable straps with center pads, one base pad, one removable pad (to accommodate smaller heads), self-adhesive hook and loop or tape for positioning base pad near head of board, and two straps to secure the base pad to the board. This immobilizer is ideal to use during an emergency or transportation.
