Return policy

At School Nurse Supply, we are committed to your satisfaction with every product you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day return window for most items. To begin the return or exchange process, please use the Return Form and contact our Customer Service team at 800-485-2737 for authorization and instructions. All returns are subject to review, and we reserve the right to accept or reject items for credit. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to some returned products.

To initiate a return, please repackage the item in its original packaging, include a photocopy of the original Packing Slip with the product, and indicate the reason for the return. Items must be in resalable condition to be eligible for credit. Once your return is accepted, you can choose between a replacement, credit for future orders, or a full refund. Please note that credits issued must be used within 180 days.

For your protection, ensure your return is shipped using a traceable method. School Nurse Supply is not responsible for lost shipments. Returns should be sent to:

Items Shipped Directly from the Manufacturer
If your product was dropshipped from the manufacturer, please inspect the package at delivery. Please be aware that some products, especially furniture, are highly susceptible to damage during transit. If there is visible damage, refuse the shipment and take detailed notes and photos, then contact us so that we may replace the shipment. If damaged goods are accepted without noting the issue on the delivery receipt, School Nurse Supply will not be responsible for replacement. For returns of dropshipped items, contact our Return Department for instructions. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Inside delivery will incur an additional $125 fee.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable. These include, but are not limited to cubical curtains, oxygen tanks, expired products, PPE items, opened AED pads, and used or defaced products. For more details, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Credits for Returns
Returns are subject to review, and we reserve the right to accept or reject items for credit. Accepted returns can result in a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on your preference. Please remember that credits must be used within 180 days.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. You can choose to refuse the shipment or accept it as damaged. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or credit once we have reviewed the situation.

Missing Items
In the rare case that your shipment is incomplete, please review your Packing List. Any backordered items will be marked as “Shortage to Follow” and shipped as soon as available. Fulfillment errors can be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase. If items are missing or incorrect, please contact Customer Service for assistance. You will not be billed for your order until it is shipped complete.

Calibration or Repair Services
For calibration or repair needs, please contact our Customer Service Department for prior authorization. You will need to complete the Repair Order Form and send it with the item to School Nurse Supply for processing. Calibration turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks.
