At School Nurse Supply, we understand the budget constraints that school nurses often face, which is why we’re excited to offer FREE shipping on orders over $99. For orders under $99, a shipping charge of $12.95 will be added. We proudly serve customers across the country, though please note that orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are not included in the standard shipping charge. When will I receive my order? 

At School Nurse Supply, we pride ourselves on shipping products quickly and safely to our customers across the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days upon receipt, though shipping times may vary by state and service type. For most drop-shipped items, delivery may take approximately 3-6 weeks during peak season.

We use UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Freight for shipments to the 48 contiguous states. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, or FPO, we generally use USPS, please call for a custom shipping quote.

Does School Nurse Supply offer inside delivery?

Many shipping companies provide inside delivery as a convenient option. If your delivery location does not have a loading dock, you can request an interior delivery for an extra cost fee of $125.00. The driver will carry the shipment through the delivery location's threshold.

Can I get expedited shipping on my order?

Expedited options, including Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air, are available—please call our Customer Service department at 800-485-2737 for options and pricing.
